We met with Canon Kevin O’Connor in December and created proposals for inscription / design work to be added to the existing Tabernacle Podium and the marble statue pedestal in the side chapel.
The inscriptions have been created using bronze letters attached to marble.
The new ‘circular’ marble tile on the front of the Tabernacle features a gilded engraved design – the engraving was prepared in our workshop prior to installation.
The work was completed 2nd week in January 2013 in advance of Bishop Brain’s visit in February.
